DO YOU NEED ANTIOXIDANTS?
The big answer is yes! Oxygen is what keeps us alive but as our body goes through the day some of the molecules become unstable and form what are called free radicals. These are made by our lifestyle from excess dietary fats, cigarette smoke, alcohol, pollution and stress. Whilst antioxidants are found in fresh fruit and vegetables most of us do not have the recommended daily servings of these. Even if we do then often our system is so clogged from bad assimilation, digestion or constipation that we do not assimilate the nutrients properly.
